- All items will be delivered in the next working day after receiving the orders, and are expected to arrive in 2-4 days (except holidays or extreme circumstance)
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
- All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 14 days from the invoice date. Goods are to be returned in its original conditions.
- Return items must be undamaged, unwashed and unused with their original tags. We do not accept returns with the tag removed.
- Customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for returns or exchanges, it has to be stated the reason you would like to return the garment, and our customer service will follow your request.
- Once your return request has been received and approved and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by the original payment method.
- The confirmation email for exchange and returns will be sent to you within 3days.
- All requests can only be applied online via email email@example.comCustomers are responsible for the expense of return shipping cost.
- We recommend that customers return their items in the original packing.
- Please note that all promotional, on sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
- Please note that argali does not provide any repair services.
- Please note that if you are purchasing overseas outside Hong Kong, duties and taxes may be charged on delivery to your country. These charges depend on the country's import legislation and are not covered by Argali.
